Title: Back to Wolfsburg

Hi there,

well after 3 years i am back in a VW!!  a Mk3 GTi 8v to be precise.  I have bought it for the wife, but i will be looking after it and driving it on the odd occassion as since the test drive i forgot what a nice car they are.  It is mars red, 61k on the clock, FVWSH, one owner from new, needs a paint lift, started to get a little warn, apart from that she drives and looks OK.  Will pick her up on thursday and give her my treatment and will post pics once i get my camera back.

nice to meet you all and look forward to chatting giving/needing advice
