Not as nuts as my wife thinks i am!
She'll be wanting a bloody posh holiday now!

They're sweet. I would of thought you'd get a good price for the Pescara's on ebay.
-
If Darth Vader had a golf, he would have those rims!!!
Nice.
-
i spose if you ever scratch em, theres always a can of black smoothrite paint to cover up the mistermeana!
-
they look great , much better than the ones they are putting on
-
you are putting them on a silver 3door aren't you? Interested to see what they look like. Ive not seen any photos of a silver german edition 30 yet.
-
there is a thread somewhere, I presume its in this mark 5 section somewhere with a picture of one, its a 5 door mind.
-
Those rims look fantastic - nice one ollieb7. Now there's the long wait for the car they are destined for. Can't wait to get mine as well - how lond did they take to arrive?
-
Very nice they look much better in the flesh, on a silver car I bet they will look really well.
I didn't like them at first seeing them on the red edition 30 - But the Monza II are a deisgn that is hard to beat.
7 weeks to go..........
oh, is there a mark on one of them.............
-
How much does the set of wheels cost?

They take about two weeks to arrive - and yes getting them makes the wait seem even longer!
The cost - same as normal monza's - ouch - well worth it in my mind!
And no marks just now - that comes once the wife drives the car!

And no marks just now -apart from box dust (came from the excitement of opening!) - the scrapes come once the wife drives the car!

Will reserve judgement until we see pics of your car but I dunno about either the black monzas or the wheel fitted to the ED30 as standard. The black wheels just look so dark and dull the car in my opinion but hey............ each to their own I guess.

Whats the size and ET ?
also the PCD ?

Just had a call from the dealers body shop saying that one of these wheels is badly scratched - Don't know why as i have only opened one box and that wheel was mint. The only traveling thay have done is put the boxes in the car taken home, put in attic and reversed the process to the body shop - not much scope for scratching there!
For some reason they want me to go tommorow and look at it - as far as i'm concerned i'll be havin a replacement!
(i've agreed to look at it as apparently all the other 3 are on and the cars looking great!)
Saying this i have obviously found the acheellies heel of these wheels - namely easy to scratch and my wife!!!
