Hi Everyone, I'm Ollieman from Margate.
I've been into aircooled for twenty years! and have had all manner of beetles and campers,
A little while ago I bought a 1.6 driver as a stop gap car between beetles, I loved it! but I still sold it in favor of a 1970 type 1, WHAT A MISTAKE I couldent wait to get shot of it and get another Golf, so I did.

I've just bought an 89 5 door 8v gti and I LOVE it, I just got the tax today tomorrow is d-day.

No more slow rusty beetles for me, I've tasted the dark side of the force and I'm stayiing put... :evil:
