just looked at someone else post abt the pas pump and belt etc, can some one tell me how it tensions up please i have no tensioner system like that  :cry:

seriously though its a 92 plate, it looks like i have all the parts except the bolt that goes through the tensioning bracket and then the tensioning bolt, i know when it was fitted it was tight as could be but it still squeals loads, looks like i dont have the tensioniing sysytem on mine??

i might have one lurking around if you want, does it have the two alloy brackets on the engine? and like an arm coming off the block which mounts the pump?

there should be a bolt with an eye on the end, that another bolt passes through.  rubbish design IMO!

You need:
22 - 035 145 541 - 9.19
24 - N   022 146 4 - 0.20
25 - N   011 525 20 - deleted! Any large enuf washer will do
26 - N   040 237 1 (M8x55) - 0.80
