sorry i don't know anything about the newer ones..
the old 80's quattro used to pi$$ over anything golf like...

nothing really. you can obviously get the 1.8T engine in a mk4 Golf but not the 4wd system. that is only on the v6 4motion or the R32. build your own?  ;)

so is the v6 4motion quicker than the 1.8t quattro?

pretty similar, 4motion is 204bhp, 1.8T Quattro, has I think, the 180bhp version of the 20v
