Title: R32 spacesaver wheel?

Hi All
So i have a MK4 R32 (love it) but just keep thinking in the back of my mind (what if i get a puncture), no spare wheel in sight! (dont like the idea of the super glue)
I was reading on the web that the MK5 comes with a 18" spacesaver wheel & was wondering if this is the case? If it does would it work OK with the MK4 R32 & does anyone have an idea off how much one would cost if i were to order from the stealership.
OK, MK5 owners - well do you have one?????
