a power steering kit ?
I have been offered one for £110 is that to much ?

What does it include for that price? For that sort of money I would expect to be getting the pump, pressure feed and return lines, reservoir tank, rack and probably also the tie rods.

Its for the complete rack/pipes/reservoir/water pump pulley/bottom pulley/pump etc

That's not too bad, try your best to knock it down though. Lets face it you can buy an entire GTI with PAS for 300 quid.

I wouldnt pay more than £60 for a complete kit :)
