Title: stiff 1st gear when cold

Alreet. I have a 97 8v and have found that when cold 1st gear is difficult to go in, either from neutral or changing back up. All the other gears seem fine though. It's only done 38k so I'm not sure if it anything with wear and tear. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, I forgot to mention, this odes go away one it's warmed up...
