did they make one? if not (as I havn't seen one) i think one day ill accept the challlenge and 'Q' plate one!

nope they didnt make one, although they do have some crazy variations of most vw's at wolfsburg so they may have one in there somewhere that has never seen the light of day.

I am sure i have seen a picture of a corrado cab somewhere though

a mk2.
I assumed it was a conversion, but it's a bit of a strange place for one to be as it's a bit off the beaten track.
Having said that there were quite a few modded cars about not to mention loads of VW caddys ( mostly with goats in them  :laugh: ) and mk1 + 2 escorts.

the corrado i was referring to was some random creation in the worlfsburg museum, i think it was when Gaz went there last year.

i might try and dig that thread out and have a look.

kamei made a mk2 cab but it didn't go into production because it would be competing in the same market as the mk1 and the build cost.

that settles it then, one day, when all the lottery tickets i buy pay off :rolleyes: its happening, ill start up a factory making them and run at a loss for everybody's benefit and pleasure!

No to both.

There is a pic of a raddo cab Slick, check out the pics in our book ! :wink: Like the mk2, it was talked about and some styling houses did some concept cars but it never made it to production. Why would they anyway as the mk1 cab fooking rocks ! :grin:

gutted they are going to go for quite a bit i would have thought, there cant be many of them about. the cab above is very cool, similar to mine but the square lights give it away, talking of which a jetta cab would have been nice!

That corrado cab looks well nice....if they ever made that with a vr6 under the hood you would never wanna stop drivin it coz of that sound track. :cool:
