Title: Am I welcome
Post by: Johnwg on 12 December 2006, 17:30
Hello all,

I have just aquired a brand Mk5 1.9 TDI (105bhp) Diesel, in SE spec  Am I wlcome here ?

I do have plans, aiming to create a bit of a sleeper with the thing............

Would have loved to have gone down the GTI route, but insurance issues during 2006 meant I was limited to a Group 6 car in order to have a fairly decent insurance premium - i.e. below £1k

its his way of saying hello

hello and welcome by the way.

I have driven the MK5 105PS TDI many a time, used to have them at my old work for fleet cars, thoroughly enjoyed screwing the balls of them! a Very nice drive in my opinion.

Close but no.

Just an alternative way of saying hello, because seeing "hello" written about 20 times tends to get a bit boring.
