I have some brand new g60 arches and have been offered 100 pound is this much or could i get more

prolly a fair price , i payed £65+15 postage on ebay for a second hand set with the sideskirts as well.

Front arches are £20+VAT each & rears are £30+VAT each new from the dealer, and less than that from GPC, so yes, £100 is a good price :)
