Title: Anyone tell me roughly how many Mk2's were sold in the UK?

Trying my damndest to finish a quiz and that's the 100th question...and can Google or jeeves help???!!!! I think not. It's one of the following...
 a) 178,000
 b) 224,000
 c) 278,000
 d) 296,000
