welcome to the forum hun
it all depends on what kind of style you wanna go for..have a looksee in the mk3 section and/or the cosmetic section for sum ideas of what sum people have previously done to their mk3s..
theres also a member called "golfpro" who has his mk3 lookin well smart.. check out the dub rides section for pics..
Dinx

Right,I've got it now and the first thing I need to do is sort out the camber, cos the two front wheels are slightly misaligned where suspensions been lowered, any ideas how much this'll cost-it's not a majorly serious do like-i just don't want me tyres wearing unevenly.
-
hello and welcome
there is also a thread in the mark 3 section "show me a pic of your mark 3" or something to the same effect, have a look in there and see if any of those cars give you some idea.

the first thing to do is get rid and get a mk2!lol only joking dude my advice would be to try and be different make it abit special.theres loads of usefull tips in the mk3 section.the chances are you need to get some camber adjustment bolts from vw that will help you get you alinement sorted so it stays there if it has after market shock/springs?  good luck with ya boat!lol ;D

Welcome.....and don't diss the 16valver's as you will cause a riot with a few on here!!!! ;D
And any really good trye place will help set your camber and post some piccie's on the mk3 section and explain what your plan's are...see what feedback you get!

theres nothing to diss on the 16v apart from theyre slow and theyre a mk3!lol only joking dude yours looks real clean.the camber will not sty where it is if it has uprated legs on it as the bolt holes are oval to allow for adjustment you need the camber bolts as they act like cams keeping the wheel alinement true if you dont use them and you have uprated legs on it then every time you go over a big bump you run the risk of it all moving again.i thing theyre about £12 from dub thats how much mine were! ;D
