Title: suicide mk2 in pvw this month

Thank god, I finally found a place on this silly rock I can find PVW!

Just wondered peoples opinions of the mk2 with the suicide doors?

I bloody love it! Think its absolute genuis! The fuel filler behind the rear cluster is awesome and suicide doors officially rock!

im not to keen to be honest alot of work has gone into it dont get me wrong but just not to my taste, im more into the gorgeous Royal Blue mk2 golf at the start with BBS RM's and small bumpers its absouletly gorgeous i LOVE the paint job.

i think it rocks, not how i'd do mine but its a genius piece of work! the whole issue is full of spanky cars! :cool:

eye, that blue one is lovely!

The other thing i liked was not the styling of it but the mk5 engine in that orange mk2. He'd done a crackin job in there!

I can't find a copy anywhere, my wh smiths hasn't had the last two issues in for some stupid reason and I haven't seen it at any of the other shops!!  :angry:

at the smallest sh!ttyest post office in the last place Id have looked. I live in Guernsey though so Im not sure it will help ya if u know

best part is the sh!tty Mk2 roof rubbers deleted and smoothed on the one with suiside doors, makes it look uber smooth n clean.... :drool:

go to BP garage on New Hall Lane mate, thats where I got my copy.

I liked the suicide mark 2, but that orange one on BBS with a T-FSI engine in it was awesome  :cool:

Not fussed myself , not a big fan of the westmorland front ends , an although ive always wondered what it would look like with the roof rubbers deleted , not im glad it wasnt me that tried

 love the green one , nice single lamp grille , and some all black bumpers it would be pretty much my perfect mk2 , tho like everyone that dark blue ones stunning

 whens the MK1 madness issue   ? ? ?

i was not keen on the suicide golf at all
fuel cap was good, i liked the wide wheel arches on the green golf with westmorland front.

also what i noticed was the header tanks were missing on the vr6's just a valve on the hose
thought that was really good wonder if they can be bought or if they are D.I.Y jobs

Gotto agree with vr6_rob I'm not keen on that suicide golf either as for the others, I'll take two please!!  :grin:

well it took them since 98 (i think) to do a mark 2 madness issue after their Mark 3 one so I wouldnt expect it anytime soon  :grin:
