Title: braided fuel lines

anyone know if braided fuel lines from an 86 valver will fit a 90 spec valver???

or just buy lengths of braided fuel lines then tape the bit you want to cut with gaffa tape and use a 'sharp' hacksaw to cut. i replaced all mine on a pug 205 when i fitted twin webers , also bought some funky anodised bolt type dubbly clips for a real nice effect , cant remember for the life of me where the piccys of that car are , if i ever find em ill post the piccys :)

Don't go rushing in just yet, some of the later cars had a finer thread pitch on the injectors, so they may not fit!  But if they don't fit, you could upgrade to a set of brass merc injectors from about 87.  Not only are they cheaper than VW, they wont rust either :)

how about a set of braided lines of a rocco, will they fit onto my nice merc injectors?? or the original vw injectors??
