Title: Power Cable

Hiya i have a Mk 3 Golf GTI and i am trying to run the power cable to the battery is there any holes which are already there that i can run the cable through? Can anyone help?  :smiley:

If you look at the bulkhead from inside the engine bay I think you will find several likely candidates! :grin:

Just dont use the heater pipe holes!

Any other one near the battery side will do.

i have done this, look just to the left of your battery to the back of engine, there is a coffee cup sized bung push it through, it wont go anywhere behind it is all fabric, make hole in the bung, push at the fabric to make another hole push cable through both and the cable will be sat in the passenger foot well, one of the easiest cars to do this part on, fittin the cable to the battery may cause you issues though.
