Title: Jetta 16V Tail Lights - are they half-smokes!?!

As above guys - just need a quick answer - I have a Jetta 1600 TX - would the Jetta 16V lights be half smoked?

My mate's 87 jetta 16v doesn't have half smoked rear lights, but maybe the earlier ones don't? Isn't it only big bumper golf 16v's that get the half smoked and not small bumpers? Maybe the case with the Jetta too!

I'm not sure - I have a set that I want to buy from a 16V but they look very similar to my standard items?

I can't see e'm in the flesh see?
