Title: Wahey MOT today.......................
Post by: tobz. on 20 November 2006, 13:06
.....................and it passed

Two advisories:

Split wishbone bush on N/S, I knew about this one but was keeping my fingers crossed the play wasn't too bad.
Front brakes binding, The guy said he knew I'd sort this out so didn't fail it.

Got a week off work next week to tidy a few things up then put it away for the winter. Jobs before the spring are two new wishbones, bottom ball joints, eibach ARB with poly bushes and some new front discs and pads.

cant beat that ' its passed ' feeling...... even if you have got a few bits to do its the bit of green paper that makes the smiles...... the red bits of paper normally mean big bills..... like the clio sport... failed last month,, 2 tyres, cat , lambda sensor , rear spring... feckin french crap.....

glad it passed tobz

Cheers all
Was fairly confident it would pass, I fitted new discs etc on the rear the other week and had a good check round. It was due an easy one this year after costing £600 last year for a full new exhaust and all brake lines front to rear.
