Title: clutch cable

I need to fit a new clutch cable in my 16v does anyone have any tips :-\

buy a manual adjustment cable instead of the self-adjusting one

mechanic dude did mine and swapped to a manual cable as he doesn't think the auto ones are much good

Totally agree. I've no doubt you pay more for the auto adjusting one and just how often do you need to adjust the clutch cable anyway.........not very often......and when you do, its not exactly rocket science.
