Post by: stewarty.c on 15 November 2006, 22:11

They're ok for the money, only thing is the ride is pretty harsh. My friends mainly have fk's which give a smoother ride,  and one has kw's which probably give the best ride. You get what you pay for at the end of the day, wouldn't say they're bad by any means, but if you're prepared to save a little more in the long run its probably worth it.

Whilst your changing the suspension it may be worth replacing the upper strut mounts and bearings, should'nt cost you much from GSF.

Therusterman is right, supersport is cheap suspension, if you have more money better buy something else, I recommend you KW, KONI, H&R, BILSTEIN, SPAX, KAW, WEITEC....these brands provide you high durability and superb driving ;)

I think il be goin for supersports when i get mine in the new year, mainly coz for the amount i use it I just want it to look nice. Ther roads round here feel like driving on cobbles with standards on most cars anyway so think il just be grinning and bearing it. If I could justify affording the koni's or weitecs i would but im struggling to.
