Title: Heater Matrix removal & dash removal

Has anyone done it???
I have a wreck of a 1994 Mk3 VR6 Golf, virtually everthing on it needs sorting!  Gonna cost a few quid, but it's a project!
I have a new matrix & heater fan.  Everything is out of the dash, but I cannot seem to shift it!
There are bolts under the grill where the wiper motor is - do these release the dash!
HELP ME - it's driving me nuts!!
Plus does anyone know of a good reasonably priced place which sells Carbon fibre bonnets (that's buggered too!)

There are bolts in the scuttle area which must be undone to get the dash out in a MK2, I assume MK3 is the same :)
