Title: new seats need help

i bought these off ebay http://cm.ebay.com:80/cm/ck/1065-29392-2357-0?uid=203790984&site=0&ver=EOIBSA080805&lk=ItemDescriptionANDimage&Item=290045254682 they are mk4 seats converted to mk2 what i want to know will it be a big job for me to convert them to mk3
