Title: Stop flashing !

The water light on my 1.4 N reg golf  keeps flashing for some reason, yes there is water in the tank lol. The garage changed the sensor but still keeps flashing any ideas how to fix this people. Cheers

disconnect the level sensor plug on the header tank, and bridge the pins.  If that solves it the sensor is duff, if not either the wiring is faulty, clocks are buggered or your temperature sensor is about to fail :)

The sensor in the tank is not replacable, so I'll bet they swapped your temp sensor not the whole header tank ;)
