Yeah I was thinking indian red joe, or maybe canyon red from the mk4 range (very similar)

It looks sweet.
Might be the Mk2 Maroon Red, but I've never seen one that shiny before, so definately a respray job.
looks similar to the House of Kolor Candy Apple Red.

Looks too "deep" to be a factory colour , looks more like a candy to me

If thats an o/e colour my guess is mk3 LC3T or LC3L

I'm sure there's a red not far off that which was only available in america  :undecided:
