Hi there
Sorry to bring up Vauxhall. But my son ha a 1.2 Nova which has been nicely modified ie subtle sort of eurofied. It has a digital dash and just recently the indicator relay has started buzzing noisily. The noise stops when you put the indicator on!! Oddly, the little green light on the dash which shows that the indicator is on did not work before the buzzing started but now it is. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Alan

I had this exact problem when my indicator stalk failed, the relay would randomly click like a machine gun when indicating left

You think I should try a new relay?

worth a go as its the easiest thing to swap. If you have a seperate hazard switch try swapping that too! Faling that get a new indicator stalk on there.
On my MK2 since its a late one the indicator & hazard stalks are built into the same unit :)

Relay sounds good starting point, also check that all the rear lights are operating correctly! could be a bad earth, look in the boot for the brown wires that earth to the rear panel, make sure they are clean and tight..
Alarm and/or immobiliser could be starting to play up..
