Well, further to the previous thread about average age of MK5 GTi owners, just wondering if when i collect mine next week I will be the youngest one on here at a mere 21 years?

here is me ages 20 and a half with my mark 2 sheds! infact at the moment, no car at all that is roadworthy!

im 23,  had my GTI now for nearly 3 months,  very tempted to chip it!

do it you should get between 20 and 30 bhp more R32 territory  :grin:

Don't forget that your warranty may be void then  :wink:  Maybe put a deposit in for Anniversary or go with Morego who will apparently warranty your engine and transmission for an extra £150 - or so it has been said in this forum.  Personally Id' go the Anni route  :smug:

a. I'm an ICT technician

Although I can afford to buy it because I live in germany and it's tax free!!!

thats even more that I was paying on my measly 8v mark 2 before I got rid of it. Is insurance as steep over there in general as it is over here?
