Title: Problem with indicators
Post by: Burnsy on 10 January 2004, 13:59
I noticed now and again my indicators are staying on so the flasher is permanently on until the indicator stalk goes back to its central position.
So i tried just with just the hazards on and after 5 or 6 flashes same thing happens.
I was told that there is no relay on the mk 4's so how can i sort this problem out ?
Thank in advance
P.S (Cheesed off with electrical problems)

probably a fault with the switch.

on the mk4's the indicators/hazards are run by the hazard switch unit, these have been known to fail/play up so looks like you need a new hazzard switch!! (if you know someone else with a mk4 then swap and try to see if that cures it!!) easy to change!! ;D
