I'm looking to replace my clock speedo as i may have a faulty trip computer screen...

does anyone know whether a speedo taken from a GT TDI would work in my gti..?

It looks the same but i would like to be sure.....!

is yours a petrol? if so then a TDI's clocks will not work!! NOt enough on the rev counter for the petrol model!!
