Title: jumpy golf
Post by: chimp on 24 October 2006, 13:42: how we doing, when i put my foot down in first gear as the turbo cuts in around 2.5g the car pulls up quite violently, like a stutter and then its fine. what could be causing this i have heard the coil packs on these cars are a bit temperamental could it be one of these.

Post by: Stu-1.8T on 24 October 2006, 23:44: try the MAF (air flow sensor) Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£70.00 ish from VW. Do a search on this site for MAF problems and you'll see what I mean.
