Title: 1.6 Airbox - Suggestions folks!

Right folks, repairing my 1990 Driver 1.6, and when i purchased it, it didnt have an air box, just a big hole lol. Kid's!!

Anyways, i need a replacement, alough i cant find any on ebay or locally.

Can i use a 8V air box instead or anything similar? I want the engine bay to look standard essentially as its going to be my everyday car soon.

Hi mate i have a 1.6 driver my self . Your anser to your fing is yes. i had the same promen when i got mine. thanks

you cant fit a GTI airbox, the only one that will work is a 1.6 or 1.8 CL/GL/Driver airbox.
