hi guys...my very first post here but have been wondering the site for a while now (and its a very cool site :grin:)
just baught a mk3 golf driver 1.8 and i have a backbox for it so i tried fitting it today...but i have encountered a small problem...i cant seem to get the backbox off...i got the "U" bolt (pain in the arse :angry:) but the backbox is held on by 2 rubber mount things and i cant get my head around to how it bloody comes off :huh:
please help its abit urgent...i want it done today as i have time off from uni :D

the rubber mounts unhook, then you just have to pull the backbox off. Try twisting & yanking, and shove the backbox up towards the bottom of the car to get the rubbers off
