Title: Scrap yards around the Oxford area anyone?

Hi, kind of vw related cuz i need a scrap yard for vw bits!

Does anyone know of a scrap yard around Oxford that normally has mk2 golfs?

Not many about that are that good really, Haynes at Challow have had the odd one. Theres one in Drayton near Abingdon as well but the bloke who runs it is a miserable bar steward.

What bits you after?

Also Huges at Bicester, you have to hand over your car key first before they let you onto the scrap heap though  :huh:

Probably your best bet though  :smiley:

As already said theres haynes at challow, charlie boothes at drayton and yep id agree he is a moany fcuker.
Youve also got one at Berinsfield (next to fox's diner and MPS) theres also greens at garsington which is very good if you dont want to get dirty because he takes most of the bits off and stores them...
think thats about all of them...

The Berinsfield one is poo, he's only got a 1.4 Mk3 in there at the mo, and he's had that in there for ages. He's more of a Capri/Cavalier type of scrappy!
