Title: ECP front engine mount any good?

cant tell from there website which ine is best suited for 16v, will probs get the £36 quid one, would by from vwspares but left it a bit late in week and i'd like to sort this out tomorrow.

337440250 or 337440251 dont really want the solid runner mounts as i've found the vibration coming through to much so hydo the way for me, 120 quid from vw only £36 on ecp ..................worth it or chucking my money away?
