Hi
Ive lowerd my gti 40mm and at the moment i have a set of 15's on the car i just wanted to know if i could fit 16's on without having the arches done, also when i buy the 16's i want the wheels wider than the fronts as i like the look it gives the golf MK2 does this affect the cars handling at all? finally when buying the wheels would i have to buy them each as i want wider ones at the back as these dont come in packages with wheels and tyres
thanks

16's should be fine on a 40mm drop, it all depends where you buy and what you buy as to wether you can get different widths. if you cant you could get spacers to make the backs stick out a bit more.
