Title: Porsche Rims?

have been offered a set of porsche rims and i was wondering if there was some adaptors that would make them fit onto my mk2? also are (j rims too wide for the mk2?

Yes 4x100 -> 5x130.

9J is enormous, you will need the arches rolled and pulled as the spacers are going to push the offset down, which will move them off the hubs even more.

porsche wheels on mk2's are almost as common and cool as BBS. adaptors are easy to get from loads of places now and the porsche wheels are normally 6, 7 or 8" wide.

ok thats good to know that they will go on but im not sure about pulling the arches etc. think i will wait for a smaller sized set to come along. thanks for the replies :)

i always thought porsche wheels were about et 50 something and with 20mm adaptors takes it down to 30 something.... either way 9j is wiiide!

yeah i thought they were a bit wide. im going for the bbs split rim look but only really want 7j which should fit without a lot of hassle with the bodywork?

If you change your hubs to mk3 ones and get some adapters made up then i have a set you might be interested in. Bargain price too.

dont bother with 9's mate.

look at the diffrence. i had 7's and 9's.

to be honest i cant be doing with the hassle of changing stuff like that. shame as those wheels look sweet and would definately interest me, out of interest how much you looking for them?
