anyone know how 2 get a mrk3 vr6 front splitter on a mrk2? iv seen one on a few cars nd it looks good! i aint tried, but it looks a different size. so any ideas? cheers

Mate stick to the original i reckon. Ive got a 1990 big bumper 16v and a brought a vr6 splitter to attatch but while trying to modify it realised that the original looked much better and was a much better fit in the first place!!! The main problem is they are wider than the mark 2 and have to be bent round, ive heard that the german made ones are much better than the italian ones which are made of quite brittle plastic.

i got a vr6 spoiler on mine (see sig pic) had it on car when i bought it i think it looks ok . i think the bloke who fitted it only paid about a tenner for it.
