Title: Porsche rims on mk4 Golf?
Post by: Worm on 09 October 2006, 22:45
Hello, can anyone answer my question. I would like to put Porsche rims on my Golf but do not know if this is possible? I would like 911 or Boxster rims. Any information much appreciated.

I have seen some replica's about but not the newer style rims which is what I really want. If you know somewhere that makes replicas for the MK4 v-dub I would be very interested.

buy some 5/100 to 5/130 wheel adapters and fit those real Porkie rims :)

Yeah I have thought about using adaptors but I have heard bad things about them with wheel bearings and stuff so not so sure. I will be using the car every day as well so it needs to be reliable. Maybe I should start a company up that make replica Porsche rims for gold which fit direct? Could be a winner!
