Mine was at 13513 Miles and cost £150.91
I think I got 10% discount for being returning customer but still I think this is good value.
Witherspoons VW in Edinburgh - Good Service
Has anyone used a non main stealer? What is the implications of not using one?

Mines booked in for the first long life service in two weeks time.....got 19.5K miles on it (computer says I still have 1500 miles until the service is needed) ..bringing it in a bit earlier than needed to be on the safe side.....they have quoted £154 for the service...not too bad

adw555 how do you get the computer to tell you how long is left before service? only on highline comp? Im on long life, done 14k and no service light
-
To check next service due on the computer.
Sit in car with seatbelt on
turn on ignition
push odmeter reset for more than two seconds
should then tell you mileage and days left to service
-
yip..that works on mine..I only have standard computer as well...

would this work on a non golf GTI? also does it reset your miles?
-
It wont reset the odmeter as after two seconds the figures come back up again, that when to release the button. It will cancel the odmeter if you press for less than two seconds. Should work on any Golf/Touran etc.
