Title: Noise when engine turned off
Post by: DeejayGti on 04 October 2006, 20:18
My 2005 Mark 5 Gti has recently started making a noise when the engine is turned off. I think its coming from some sort of pump? Is there a pump that circulates the coolant after the engine is turned off? Does anyone know what it is and if they think its a warranty issue?
Thanks.

Its a pump to keep the coolant cooling after you stop

Hi Doc,

Should we worry that the pumps are making a noise or is it ok?

Does you new R32 have the same?

Thanks.
