Title: cabrio hood not working
Post by: bustersballs on 26 September 2006, 20:03
mk3 cabrio, hood won't operate via the switch but works if power is fed direct to the pump. are there any relays fuses etc on the circuit to check, doesn't appear to be anything in the main fuse box.

Have you tried replacing the switch?

to be honest, i haven't tried anything beyond putting 12 volts to the pump because i'm not even sure if there is a supply to the switch because i can't locate fuses/relays etc. will try and bridge the switch out to check that one. Cheers
