Title: AGU 1.8t -82k on clock, what oil?

need to change the engine oil and aint sure what oil to put in mine, its a AGU code with 82k on the clock.

synta silver will be fine from the dealers. i ran mine for 5000 miles on the synta gold but it seems to prefer the silver.

I use quantum too but get it from gsf as it only costs £13 for 5 litres where as my dealer is £32
