Are they any good? Are they detrimental in any way? I have a 2.0 GT TDi 18 months old.

I would be interested to hear as well - I have a 130pd tdi Audi A4 which i could fit one onto.

they claim 14bhp increase and about 45nm torque extra - all for £27
