Title: help with hand brake
Post by: gofasterstripe on 23 September 2006, 12:43
ok here's the problem, my handbrake was not operating on the drivers side rear wheel. i decided to adjust the cable, when tightening the nut, (one where the spring is), the  bolt sheared off. What am i going to have to replace? is it the calipoers or the full servo ?

Sounds like just the caliper unless you can get a replacement bolt. Not sure quite which bolt you mean, pic would be useful.

Sorry its the bolt that tightening up the tension on the spring that the handbrake cable attachs too on the caliper.
