my poly bush bush kit etc tomorrow, just wondering how i set up the adjustable front bump stops?

adjustable front bump stops?? they are usually just pieces of rubber you slot over the shock pin. although you usually have to cut them down a bit if your car is lowered

lol these are supposed to be adjustable so you dont have to cut them down :undecided:

adjustable probably in that they contract & expand maybe - they are literally a rubber spring!
