Title: Fuel light keeps coming on!!

And yes i have filled up!  :laugh:

Yet, everytime i start the car, there goes the bleep and fuel light is permanantly on!

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it to do with the sensor being buggered? OH had a look for me and said he cant see anything out of place and to ask on here!  :huh:

Any help/info would be much appreciated!!  :smiley:

I could be very wrong but I wouldn't have thought there would be two fuel level sensors.  I would think the computer takes its reading from the same sensor as the gauge - as that working fine it would suggest that the problem might lie with the computer module or at least its connection with the gauge/sensor.

Sorry, I know this is no help but I aint qualified to give more advice!  Might be worth checking if there are indeed two level sensors - a duff sensor is probably less hassle to sort than faffing about trying to find a broken circuit/beefed computer module...
