Title: 8V Downpipe Query

Hi guys,
There is a piece of metal surrounding the downpipe on my gti. However it's come loose and rattles like crazy  :angry:!! Can i take it off without causing any problems, and if so how??

its a heat shield, you can remove it if you like, or clamp a big jubilee clip round it to stop the rattle :)
