hi guys and gals, big hi from me, i know my name's been mentioned a few times on these boards, and cos huwmk2 reminded me of the site i've only now got to registering, sorry :embarassed:
well, car wise, i have a mk1 golf cab g60, all built by myself, the only thing i didn't do was the new hood and put the paint on!! i have a mk2 rocco scala injection which is a little different; matt black, polished rims, -60mm at the front, no rear spoiler...strange combo but it works!! i also have a passat gt 16v - the hack!!
work wise...i refurbish alloy wheels for a living, and have been known to do the odd bit of mirror polishing
the only pics of the cars is the golf at the moment, so here's a couple of those -

ahhh, gotchya!! it's the standard g60 manifold
hi to everyone else too, thanks for the great welcome
-
:undecided: I thought that all mark 2's, G60's included, had the throttle body on the drivers side hence that looks like a different inlet manifold, where as mark 1's had it on the other.
-
^^ nah g60's had it on the right handside follow the pipes from the airbox and it all makes sense!
-
what they said about the inlet manifold!
welcome back steve :)

ah of course, silly me!
