Title: I just got my first golf!

Hello all! My names Ali and as you might'v guessed i'v recently purchased my first golf! its only a 1.6 but i still love it. Its a mk2 1989, with some nice, simple mods. Any advice on gettin it to go quicker will be greatly appreciated! its got weber carbs, s/s zorst and induction kit (94bhp dyno'd) but about 120bhp is what im lookin for at the moment. Please help me all you vee dub heads!

welcome to an intensly insane comunity. Dont even think i've spelt that right

I am so envious of you having amk2, i wanted one of those and all of those little horses you've got.

I had to get a mk3 for the so called reliability although it's needs dosh spending on it to make it look pukka which is a pain cause i'm not earning.

Load up some pics of it i want to see it.

And im extremely pleased to own one. would like a few more horses though! the link above works to see a pic, will try and get some more on soon. A mk3 golf's better than no golf mate!
