Title: Hi every one!!!

Hi not got a GTI yet but working on it wanting a MK3 GTI couple I'm looking at a couple on e-bay and also some nice ones for sale on here trying not to over commit my self though!!!  :laugh:
I was big into the vw scene a couple of years ago had two fantastic scirocco's and foolishly blew one up in various young and speedy ways! and the other was fantastic but was gettin battered in London so I grudgingly sold it and bought a 306 HDI tuned it but hated it! currently I have two cars which I'm trying to sell a J reg BMW 520I SE and a V6 ford mobeo but got the money for a GTI now after sellin my pug last month.  :huh:
So I'll have to try and keep you updated on what I end up with and post pics, I miss my scirocco  :cry:!
Golf's better for the family and whatever beats my car I'll come back with me motor bike and have another go!!!!  :smug:  :evil:

I'd like a 16v but it's what ever is around hopefully I'm going to look at a forum members car on monday, need one with not too high a milage as I do a lot of miles myself at the mo  :cry: .
Hopefully though this will soon change when I transfer within my job back home to middlesbrough.  :grin: I love working in London but hate living there and allways go back to Middlesbrough on my days off. I do 12 hr shifts so get a lot of time off!  :rolleyes:
My first Scirocco was a very heavilly modified GTX fast as F###! but I was very silly in it being only 19 and blew the cylinder head twice and then one day smoething wanted out off the confines of the gear box casing so smashed its way out! then the local SH##S nicked me back alloys and smashed the windows so it had to go! its been my favourite car so far! and now there gonna make a new one better get saving!!!  :evil:

Hello just thought I'd update you, I bought that MK3 GTI that I went to have a look at it was a forum members car got it home to find out its F****D!!! thought it just had a drive shaft oil seal leaking toom it to my tried and very trusted independant VW workshop to find out the diff was knackered and thts why there was an oil leak not only that, when they took the gearbox out to overhaul it they found the clutch was sha**ed too (apparently a new one was fitted recently! :huh:) £600.00 bill coming my way as well as paying £1150.00 for the car, not as good a car as expected! but gonna work on it try and get it spic and span! the bodywork is good though no rust at all!!! but not very happy should have got another scirocco!  :cry: oh and for some reason its four stud wheels and not five? anybody know why this could be?
When I found all this out I felt very very  :sick:
Hopefully this will be the only big bill I get with this car  :embarassed:
