Title: hose pipe ban

its making it quite hard to wash my car without the power of a hose.

just wondered how u guys cope. is it something the police can arrest u for or is this something that no one cares about and u can get away with?

Also be aware that they can't ever disconnect your supply.  Even if you never pay your bill.
